- Each pass is good for 2 to 7 players (Except for Sinister Sensorium - Min:3 Max:6 and Mutant's Mission - Min: 3 Max: 7 )
- Game bookings using your M-Pass 5.0 vouchers can be made within the 5-day booking window, from Monday to Friday
- Preferred slots are subject to availability.
- Valid on weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays, at Century City Mall, SM Podium, and Eastwood branches only (Not valid for events and online mysteries).
- Strictly no rebooking allowed.
- Alternative Redemption: In the event of a branch closure, the holder may redeem the gift certificate at any other operational branch of Mystery Manila.
- Refunds Exchanges Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Not eligible for freebies.
